– We ship globally from Jakarta, Indonesia using DHL Express, JNE Express, and Pos Indonesia.
– Flat-rate shipping options:
– DHL: $120 USD (3–5 business days)
– JNE: $80 USD (6–10 business days)
– Pos Indonesia: $50 USD (7–14 business days)
– Free shipping is available on orders of $500 USD or more. When activated, paid shipping options will not appear.
– Duty-Store.com reserves the right to choose the shipping courier for free shipping orders.
– Unclaimed Packages / Customs Refusal, If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or fails to respond to the local courier/customs office, the package may be returned to Duty-Store.com or destroyed by the destination customs authority.
– In the event of a return, we reserve the right to deduct any incurred return shipping fees or handling costs from your refund.
