Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping options and timeframes depend on your country.

Orders are processed within 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation and fraud check. We process orders every day except Sundays and public holidays.

4. How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Indonesia): 2–4 business days
International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for:
– All orders within Indonesia
– International orders over $500

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once it’s processed, we may not be able to change it.

8. What’s your return policy?

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
